Can you advise on dual tension mattress springs
Hi, I have just discovered this site – excellent advice!
We have been looking at the Harrison 3000 King size or Hypnos 8 turn so a budget of £600 to £700 ish. I am now tempted by your origins 1500 or 2000 mattress. We have a slight problem in that I am 75 kg and prefer a medium matress but my husband weighs approx. 115 kg and prefers firm. Any advice would be much appreciated. >

Thanks for your question.
We are not able to compare our Origins mattresses to either of those you have detailed as neither of the manufacturers provide any details of the fillings by way of GSM (grams per square metre).
However, given the weight differential, the fact that you both prefer different tensions and your budget, I would suggest that you look at our Origins Pocket 1500 Kingsize Zip and Link mattresses.
You will be able to have your side as a 1500, which would provide a medium feel and your husband’s side could be a 2000 providing a firmer feel.
