Hi we have had our Kingsize Artisan bespoke 004 for just over a week now all I can say is WELL DONE, the whole experience from 1st contacting yourselves getting a recommendation of the mattress we should get to delivery & now sleeping on THE MOST COMFORTABLE MATTRESS is just the best, I was a bit dubious about not being able to try it, but with a months guarantee on being able to return it & get our money back if we didn’t feel it was right for us we gave it a go & I am so glad we did, we have always had Hypnos mattresses in the past but no more will be recommending you to our friends, thankyou again for giving myself & my partner just the best nights sleep ever kind regards Gill >
