Guarantee on Outlet beds

I’m building up a budget for a mattress and keep reading great reviews of yours!
I am interested one of your mattresses from the outlet which would enable me to get it quicker! I am a little worried about buying for having the opportunity to try though and wanted to know if the return guarantee still applies to mattresses from the outlet.

All of our products, including those from the outlet are covered by our 60 day love it or return it guarantee. Clearance mattresses do have the 60 Day Love it or Return it guarantee but there is a £150 cost to return these discounted beds. Click here to go directly to our Outlet Range.
Our Outlet items are those that have been produced and used previously. Once they are returned to us they are then graded and discounted accordingly. Please see below for the grading bands matched with the discount;

| B | 20% | Will have been used by a customer and returned under the 60 night love it or return it guarantee, it may have a few marks from transit and courier handling. |
| C | 40% | Will have been used by a customer and returned under the 60 night love it or return it guarantee, it will have quite a few marks and could even have a small tear, nothing detrimental to the life or use of the mattress. |
I would fully recommend either coming back to us online or contacting our office on 0161 437 4419 to discuss suitable mattress models with one of our Advisors as we do have 4 different ranges of mattresses that will meet many different needs. We have our Origins and Artisan ranges, which are traditional pocket sprung mattresses. We then have our Hybrid Foam and Fusion (100% Natural Latex) ranges.
Our office is open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
