Ikea Flokanes memory foam mattress gave us bad backs
Hi guys.
After both suffering with backache after 5 years with an IKEA Flokanes memory foam mattress (never again), my wife and I are now looking for a Superking Divan set, preferably zip and link as I’m 6’2″ and weigh just under 16st (hoping to lose a stone!) and my wife is 5’4″ and weighs 8st.
We almost bit the bullet and bought a Connoisseur (Relyon?) with a pillow top whilst visiting Bensons this afternoon. Luckily I don’t like to rush things and thought I’d so some research first. That’s when I came across your site and now I know the truth about pillow tops.
What bed would you recommend for us? We both like a soft/medium feel mattress and have a budget of around £1500-£2000.
