What is the lead time from order to delivery?
I have so many questions! I think I shall call to discuss the options- but this is my first question. Such a relief to find an honest sounding company that doesn’t make me feel mad for all the misguided decision I have made in mattress purchase errors!

Thanks for getting in touch. All of our mattresses, bases and headboards are handmade for us and only us. We spend a lot of time ensuring our mattresses are of the highest quality. We don’t hold stock where a mattress sits waiting, we make them all completely by hand for you. If you’re looking for a faster delivery we do have our Outlet were returned models, usually for an exchange, get graded to be sold at a discount.
The lead times for our handmade mattresses varies depending upon the type of mattress and are as follows:
Artisan range – are sent for production Thursday lunchtime and take 4-5 weeks from the order being placed
Hybrid & Fusion ranges – are sent for production Thursday lunchtime and take 4-5 weeks from the order being placed
Origins range – are sent for production Monday lunchtime and take 3-4 weeks from the order being placed
