Which mattress to replace memory foam?

Hello. We are shopping for a new kingsize mattress and after several hours in Bensons decided to ask the experts. We have a budget of £1000 at a stretch. We currently have a Pocket sprung mattress with memory foam which we like the feel of. I am 5' 8 and 13.5 stones, my partner 6', 16 stone. I prefer a medium feel my partner a softer feel. Do you think the Origins Pocket Latex 1500 might meet our requirements?
As we are considering an ottoman base please could you advise the weight of this mattress. It's a great website. Never seen so much info about beds. Many thanks. >

Based upon your body weights the Origins Pocket Latex 1500 will provide you with a medium feel and your partner with a medium to soft feel and weighs approximately 49kg, this mattress is one sided.
Alternatively, the Origins Pocket 1500 would provide you with a medium to soft feel and your partner a soft feel although this does not contain any latex or memory foam and weighs approximately 43kg and is double sided.
