I'm 5'4" & weigh 9 stone. My current bed is causing hip, lower back, neck and shoulder pain. Thanks to your excellent website I've dentified a soft tension, pocket sprung mattress will provide the correct support for my weight. As I sleep on my side I also need a mattress with some "give" in it for comfort.
Following advice from your team I'm looking at the Comfort 1000 and the Artisan 1500 beds. I've been advised that the Artisan feels firmer than the Comfort but I note the Comfort bed does not come with a sprung base or soft tension springs. To achieve the best combination of spinal support for my weight & best comfort for my sleeping position, should I choose the Comfort 1000 bed or the Comfort 1000 mattress and pair it with an artisan divan base and topper, or would the Artisan bed with a soft topper be better for me?
