I purchased the Monaco 2000spring count mattress from a well known internet company for £1259, the first one was damaged and redelivery became a nightmare and they refused to take it upstairs (super king) so I sent it back for a refund.
My question is does the spring system suggest calcio via the description or otherwise. It is 29cm deep 2000 springs natural fillings as far as I'm aware. I can not get any gsm weights although it is a medium tension, also the mattress looks to be made for the company as thus is not mentioned on the Relyon website similar mentioned are the bedstead luxury 2000 or the Marlborough. Would also have liked it slightly possible
I would like a deep mattress with a softish feel but not as that of the VI Devonshire you suggested me try sometime ago can you give me a guide to your mattresses to which would be suitable. We are 13stone and 11 stone approx.
The description of the mattress here ....
Expertly crafted by Relyon using their years of experience in the industry, the Monaco is a luxurious, pocket-sprung mattress containing premium quality fillings.
The Monaco features 2000 centre-tied, hand nested pocket springs. The two-tiered spring unit works unlike conventional mattresses: the top layer tailors itself to follow the contours of your body, while the lower layer absorbs pressure distributed across the surface. The pocket springs offer both comfort and support so you can relax completely.
Featuring lambswool, cotton and traditional hair, the Monaco has been generously filled with some of the finest, all-natural materials you can find. These have great resilience and recovery qualities, making the mattress very durable. They also work as great insulators for you as you sleep.
Adding to the sumptuous quality of the mattress, the Monaco also features three rows of beautiful side stitching to create a firmer edge and lavish wool tufts to hold the fillings in place and add tension to the springs.
With a layer of sterilised, anti-allergy fibre underneath the mattress fabric, you can go to bed knowing that irritants, such as dust mites, won’t disturb your sleep. The Monaco is also upholstered on both sides, so we recommended you turn it regularly to keep it in prime condition.
Thanks for your advice
