We are in the process of replacing our very old king size vi spring with a new high-quality super king with a divan. At the moment we are considering a Vi Spring Herald Superb mattress which we tried out yesterday morning but having a look through your website I spotted the Artisan Bespoke 002 zip link which sounded impressive. I am around 12 stone (80kg) and my wife is much lighter.
We both suffer from waking up during the night probably due to the bed being slightly too small now and the mattress being 17 years old! We treat this as an investment for our future and are prepared to pay to get something very good that will last without having to take out a 2nd mortgage.
So as well as investing in a mattress we would also like a base that works with the mattress. So in short, how do your mattresses compare to Vi Spring, how can I get comfort in buying from you when I cannot try the mattress out before hand and is the best option to go for a pocket sprung base?
