Best pocket sprung mattress for me

hi - am looking for new mattress. Currently have had a cheap memory foam type double mattress for last 3 years, suffering back aches etc though not sure directly related to that mattress but wasn't aware of back issues before I bought it. So looking for perhaps a non-memory foam type as being better for me. Weigh 11st height 5'7". Considering your Artisan Naturals product. Does this sound reasonable? Any recommendation for mattress covers/protectors etc?

Your current back issues could be related to the memory foam mattress your currently have as such mattresses are not suitable for everyone, despite being marketed as being wonderful and providing the best support around. Memory foam is slow to return to shape so that when you do try to move during the night it feels like climbing out of a hole.
With your particular body weight, we would suggest a medium spring tension and the products in the Artisan range can have the spring tension selected to suit. The Artisan Naturals is the best seller in this range as detailed at the foot of this response. All the Artisan range are pocket sprung and contain natural upholstery, which will feel totally different to the memory foam you are used to.
