The first thing to say is that we do not make a comparable mattress to the one you refer to for two reasons.

 

The first reason being that it is a pillow top mattress, which we do not make nor recommend.

 

Secondly, the description of the upholstery used is vague in terms of the GSM (grams per square metre). In addition, we have no knowledge of the criteria used in the firmness ratings applied to products in Bensons and so cannot say whether we have a similar feeling product to offer.

 

When advising upon a new mattress we take into account body weights, preferred feel and budget and although you have provided an indication of the latter of these, it is difficult for us to make a specific recommendation without the other two pieces of information.

 

Having said that, by making an assumption that you are of average body weight (9-17st), we would suggest that you require a mediums spring tension / feel mattress. On that basis, we would direct you to view the two best selling products from our pocket sprung ranges, which are the Origins Pocket 1500 and the Artisan Naturals.

 

The Origins Pocket 1500 has a standard medium tension pocket spring with man made upholstery providing an overall medium feel, whereas the Artisan Naturals can have the spring tension selected as soft, medium or firm, as required and has 85% natural upholstery.

Please note, however, that there is a delivery charge to Northern Ireland and if you need to utilise the returns guarantee then you will also need to pay the return shipment fee.
