With your particular body weights and heights, we would suggest that a medium spring tension/feel mattress would be the most appropriate. We appreciate your concerns with regard to heat generation/retention of memory foam and would advise that this is the main reason for people moving away from that type of product. None of our products can be compared to any Sealy products and this is because Sealy does not disclose full details of the construction and upholstery in terms of GSM (grams per square metre).

It is difficult to make a specific recommendation without knowledge of your budget, however, we would direct you to the best sellers in our ranges as detailed at the foot of this response. The Origins range have a standard medium spring tension, whereas the Artisan range can have the spring tension selected as soft, medium or firm to suit.
