Which John Ryan King Size mattress do we need?

At your body weights you are both matched with a Medium spring tension to get the right level of support;
 

 
With your budget I'd advise having a look at our Origins Pocket Reflex 1000 or Artisan 1500 mattresses. 
 
The Origins Pocket Reflex 1000 has the medium spring tension as standard but with a slightly firmer upholstery within that range. Whilst it is firmer in the top layer we do get a lot of feedback that it's very comfortable at the same time. 
 
Our Artisan 1500 has the benefit of being constructed with natural fillings. Those fillings tend to last longer as standard but also provide a cool sleep surface. The Artisan 1500 sits just behind the Artisan Bespoke in terms of firmness.
