Mattress tension and back/hip pain

Hi - I have been sleeping on an Origins Comfort 1000 for a few years now as it worked for my bad back very well. It has however started to hurt my hips when I sleep on my side so I started to look for a softer mattress. I bought a Vispring Devonshire from a family member (only a few months old) in soft tension which I thought would help my hips and it has - but now my lower back has started to play up again.
I am therefore looking to purchase a mattress that is soft enough for my hips when I sleep on my side but supportive enough for my back when I sleep on my back! Do you have any suggestions?

For someone who is both a side and back sleeper I would recommend something with a medium feel/ upholstery.
The Origins Pocket 1500 is a fabulous all round medium feel mattress, supportive but cushioning.
This range comes in two spring counts either 1500 or 2000 and your bodyweight will dictate which one will be suitable for you.
The main difference between the two models is based on the amount of support it gives.
For people of a lighter bodyweight there is no need to go for the 2000 spring count. People of a heavier bodyweight will require the extra support the additional 500 springs will give.

Hand Crafted containing layer upon layer of natural fibres including Bamboo, Wool, Horsetail and British Fleece Wool. The closest comparable model we can find to this Artisan Bespoke 004 is The Vi-Spring Regal Superb. There are of course a few minor differences between the two.
