Do your sprung bases have springy edges like a Vispring. Not like many I have seen that have a sprung base but the edges of the divan are hard and do not compress when one sits on the edge of the bed

Thank you for your enquiry. Our Artisan sprung base is not like the sprung bases offered by Vi-Spring. The true edge of the Artisan base gives additional support to the mattress when you sit on the edge of the mattress. This also prevents the 'roll-off' sensation that some people experience with the cushion top type of sprung base.
