The first thing to say is that we are not able to compare our Artisan Bespoke 004 to the Harrison product you refer to because the published details of the latter are limited particularly in terms of the upholstery and the GSM (grams per square metre).

Whilst with your body weight a soft spring tension would be suitable, your husband is borderline, but could get away with a soft. However, if you have been used to firm beds, the change may be very noticeable in the short term. We would never advise people of your body weight to go for a firm mattress. The decision about whether the soft tension would suit is really a matter for yourselves, but the product, even in the outlet, would still be covered by our 60 day "love it or return it guarantee", should it turn out not to be right for you.

In respect of the outlet grading, none of the products in the outlet have anything that will affect the integrity or performance of the mattress and the reasons for each grade are detailed in the schedule linked in.
