Thank you for your enquiry.  The king size zip and link mattress is two 2 foot 6 inches mattresses that are made as a pair so that the zips line up. They are the same size as a standard king size which is 5 foot x 6 ft 6 inches.

The zip and link option will not affect fitted sheets but due to the amount of upholstery we put into the comfort layers of each mattress, the depth of our mattresses ranges from 12 inches to 15 inches. This means you would need extra deep fitted sheets and mattress protector for one of our mattress.
