We will deal with the points raised in order. Latex mattresses provide for a cooler sleep environment than say memory foam, which uses body heat to perform and then tends to reflect that heat back to the sleeper. Whilst we note that you are of average body weight and that you have more bulk around your chest and shoulders, latex will provide the correct amount of support for different parts of the body in equal measure. Latex is very responsive and does not take an age to return to shape like memory foam and we have received many enquiries regarding the difficulty incurred when wishing to change position at night on a memory foam mattress with the standard comment being that it is like "climbing out of a hole".

Taking into account all the information that you have provided, we would suggest looking at the Fusion range and in particular the Fusion 5, which for your body weight will provide a medium feel and is similar in that respect to the Dunlopillo Diamond.
