Need a mattress to suit the arthritis in my spine

Hi been looking for a mattress to suit the arthritis in my spine. Sleeping on a marks and spencer memory foam last 7 years l have no idea if this is soft medium but now looking for a 3ft memory foam. I sleep on my back or sides. Would be grateful for your advice.

It is not possible to recommend a mattress from our ranges without knowledge of your body weight and budget.
In addition, we do not make memory foam mattresses, however, we have two different ranges of pocket sprung mattresses. Please view our Origins range and our Artisan range.
