I think I am interested in the Hybrid 4 and I see it says in stock...might this mean the delivery might be sooner than 4 weeks?

Hi Jo,
The fact that this shows as in stock means that it is an outlet product.
If ordered, these products are collected by our courier every Friday and therefore do not suffer the same delay in delivery as newly made products, so the answer to your question is yes.
