Thanks for contacting us with regard to a topper for your new mattress.
 
A topper will provide the sleeper with additional layers of comfort and will also protect the mattress.   It would depend on the type of mattress that you are sleeping on as to which type of topper would be most suitable.  If you have a memory foam mattress then you would be better with a natural latex topper as latex is much cooler than memory foam and is much more responsive so comes back into shape far quicker.
 
We do make a natural latex topper which provides the sleeper with a more overall medium comfort level so is not a soft topper but would enhance your mattress if it is made of memory foam.  The Dunlop Latex topper is 5cm in depth comprising of 100% Natural Latex with 1cm of Graphite Latex for FR regulations on either side which can be removed turned and rotated.
 

 
The topper is tape edged just like a quality mattress is to provide years of comfort. (Please note this cover is not a zip-off cover)
