Hello
I have a chronic illness. Would I be able to submit to you a VAT exemption form to reclaim the VAT if I purchased a Hybrid or latex matress?

Hi Carol,
This isn't something we can offer unfortunately.
You would need to find a retailer or manufacturer who manufacture health mattresses or beds for those specifically with illnesses.
As our products are all made for general domestic use, and not specifically adjusted or designed for disabilities, they are not VAT exempt.
If you did decide to forfeit the VAT exemption and buy a full price product from ourselves then the Hybrid foam and Fusion Latex mattresses would be ideal.
