Twin zippable beds and bases for a holiday let

The bedroom is 10' wide x 9'5'' long and we are looking for twin zippable beds and bases for a holiday let. We envisage that the let will probably only be used for 20 weeks of the year and is the second bedroom not the master. We want it suitable for children/elderly/larger single adults or 2 smaller adults as a double bed, so it has to cater for all shapes and sizes.
Given the extent of the use and that the budget is tight, what would you recommend. We have experience of pocket sprung matresses and like them but on the other hand, if there is a cheaper alternative that would suit, please advise.

Normally for holiday lets, we would recommend our Origins Pocket Reflex 1000 and in your case as a king size zip and link set. This would make the bed 5 feet wide and 6 feet 6 inches long when together and would make 2 slightly longer single beds when separated (normal singles are 6 feet 3 inches long) These mattresses are suitable for differing body weights.
