I stumbled across your comprehensive website when researching mattresses! My husband and I bought a Dreams mattress -Harrison-pocket sprung which we found very comfortable to start with, and my husband still does, however it has dipped on either side in a matter of months and we are now being allowed to swap it for another or one to the value of £499. I hate having a hill in the middle and am getting back ache. It is a superking. I am petite and around 7.5/ 8 stone and my husband 6 foot and 11.5/12 stone. We are really not sure what to do because we don't want to get the same mattress again and experience the same problem again. Prior to this we had a connoisseur memory foam topped mattress from dreams which also did the same and was swapped for the Harrison pocket sprung we now have! Any advice on a dreams mattress that would suit us would be greatly appreciated as I think we will be limited to buying another dreams mattress? I prefer a firm feel and do get a bad neck and back, but I have read in your threads that I should be on a soft one if I have back problems.
