Dreams replendent alternative
Hi
I tried a Dreams Replendent matress in the shop a year ago and opted to get a cheaper matress elsewhere. I found the matress I got a little too hard and therefore bought two toppers from soak and sleep. Goose feather and a microfiber. Very good toppers but still not my ideal feel. I ordered a silent night memory foam topper and still wake up achy sometimes. A year later I still feel like the relendent was the most comfortable matress I had tried in a long while.
After reading your matters comparison though I can see that for the price there are better alternatives. Could you please help me with any possible alternatives to the Replendent comfort level.
Thanks
Venetia Samuel
Hi Venetia,
Thanks for your question.
We would always advise to steer clear of pillow top mattresses as once the fabric compresses there is nothing you can do to salvage the mattress. We would therefore always recommend a fully turnable mattress used with a completely separate topper that you can flip and rotate as this helps to increase the lifespan.
We would need to know your body weights in order to discuss suitability;
Bodyweight | Spring tension |
---|---|
Upto 16 Stone / 50-101kg | Medium (1.4mm) |
16 Stone / 101kg Upwards | Firm (1.6mm) |
Available in Bespoke Products (Please Call) | Soft (1.2mm) |
The closest model we have ourselves would be the Origins Pocket Latex 1500. This is a pocket sprung mattress with an in-built talalay latex top layer giving that similar feel in the top layer to foam.
I hope this has answered your questions fully but if you do have any further queries please don't hesitate to contact our office on 0161 437 4419.
Kind Regards, Lee.
