New mattress recommendation

Hi,
I recently moved into a new place and was given a new 'orthopaedic' mattress that has caused quite severe back pain within two weeks of starting to use it. I did not get a say in the mattress, so am unaware of its specs but I am pretty sure, it is the coil sprung mattress you have recommended to stay far away from.
I have a bad back which had very nearly disappeared in the last four years, thanks to a mattress that was the perfect level of soft and firm for me. I am now looking for a new mattress and wanted to see if you could help me out with this. Would it be possible to visit a store in London and speak to someone/test out mattresses from your range for this?
Many thanks,
Fouzia

Hi Fouzia,

Thank you for your question.

We are internet based only and do not have any showrooms.

We can however offer advice and information on our products and it may be preferable for you to telephone our office to discuss an appropriate mattress for you.  We would need to know your height and weight and what kind of mattress you require.   We have two ranges of pocket sprung mattresses, our Origins Range which have man-made fillings and our Artisan Range which have natural fillings.

Please telephone our office on 0161 437 4419 and our Advisors will be happy to assist you in this matter.

Kind regards Julie
