About ottoman bed bases

Hello John we are looking for two single beds(3ft) we would like an ottoman base with a very good mattress firm to medium we have looked at many high street firms and I'm getting more confused, you say that it's much better to have a turnable mattress ?
We have a budget of £1,200 could you advise please thanks jean .

Thank you for your question on our website. Are you looking for a Super King Size zip and link mattress where both halves of the mattress are the same size a single or two individual beds? Both of our pocket sprung ranges, the Origins which are constructed with synthetic fibres and the Artisan which is our natural fibre range, are available in this size although with your budget you may need to look at our Outlet department to achieve it.

We would need to know your body weights, preferences in comfort and fibres used in construction and your sleeping habits to provide a recommendation for you.
A two-sided mattress is better than a one-sided no turn mattress as with the proper care and maintenance you can prolong the lifespan of the mattress. Another point to consider with a one-sided mattress is that there are no fillings as such on the underside of the mattress, even if you do not turn the two-sided mattress you get the extra padding.
