Hi, I am looking at your latex mattresses.
I am a 100kg, 5ft 7 curvy lady, who sleeps on my side. I am currently using a firm John Lewis luxury 2500 pocket spring by Harrisons, which feels like an uncomfortable brick, even with a memory foam and a wool topper. I wake with lower back pain around the waist and shoulder pain. Which takes an hour of yoga or swimming a day to fix!!
Would I be better with latex sprung, if so, what tension, or pure latex?
Many thanks

Hi Fiona,

Thanks for your question.

From all the details you give in your question, we would recommend a solid latex mattress.

At your height and body weight, I would recommend the Fusion 3.

This core mattress and topper combination, offers the softest feel in our solid latex mattress range. This will give you a medium feel support, with a softer edge sink top layer.

As a side sleeper the softer top layers are always a must to help cushion and stop pressure point pain, which is always an indication that the mattress top layers are too firm. Typical places for this type of pain are shoulders, hips and knees.

I hope this helps but if you require any further assistance please call the office on 0161 437 4419.

Kind Regards, Gary
