With your particular body weights, we would recommend a medium spring tension/feel mattress. The Fusion 5 will provide you both with a medium feel and as it is natural latex there is limited deterioration in the feel over time.

If you are placing this mattress on a slatted base, we would suggest placing some form of barrier between the mattress and the slats. If the slats are less than 2 inches apart, an old duvet or thick blanket will be sufficient, if they are wider apart, we would suggest placing thin (3-5mm) MDF over the slats. This will provide the double sided mattress with a uniform surface upon which to sit and prevent ridging occurring as a result of the mattress dipping into the gaps between the slats.

We do not make any products which are similar to the Sleepeezee product you refer to and do not make memory foam mattresses for the reasons detailed in the attached article.
