Hi Nicola,

Thanks for your question.

The size you have mentioned above is a non-standard UK size. We can do this for an additional charge; Please see the article here for more information on bespoke size mattresses.

Generally we do advise to stick with what you know and like. The Tempur range is one that we compare with our own Hybrid range; These are foam mattresses giving a very similar sink in sensation to Memory Foam but without the heat issues associated. Please see below for the full breakdown of both models as well as the comparison models;

Hybrid 4 Tempur Cloud 27
Cover Micro-quilt John Ryan Cover with tape edged damask sides 1.5cm extra soft quilted polyester cover
1 7.5cm 60kg Laygel 2.5cm Extra Soft layer Tempur Foam
2 6cm 40kg Memory Foam 7cm comfortable layer Tempur Foam
3 5cm 60kg Laygel 8cm Durable base layer
4 10cm Reflex Support Foam 8cm Durable base layer
Total Depth 28.5cm + 3-5cm for the quilted cover 27cm

Hybrid 5 Tempur Sensation 27
Cover Micro-quilt John Ryan Cover with tape edged damask sides 1.5cm extra soft quilted polyester cover
1 7.5cm 70kg Coolblue Foam 2.5cm Extra Soft layer Tempur Foam
2 6cm 40kg Memory Foam 7cm comfortable layer Tempur Foam
3 5cm 60kg Laygel 8cm Durable base layer
4 10cm Reflex Support Foam 8cm Durable base layer
Total Depth 28.5cm + 3-5 cm for the quilted cover 27cm

Please note here that if you choose a Hybrid mattress you would need to pay for a standard Super King Size and have it cut down to the required size of 160cm x 200cm. Non-standard bespoke size mattresses also do not carry out standard 60 day love it or return it guarantee as we have limited resale ability.

Alternatively, we have our Artisan range; Traditional pocket sprung mattresses constructed with natural fillings that provide a cool sleep surface. It might be worth looking at this range as you disclose you find your current mattress a bit hot and you potentially run the same risk with one of our Hybrid mattresses.

We would need to know your body weights as well as preferred feel in the top layers to discuss suitable models. Please don't hesitate to come back to me at your earliest convenience to discuss this further. Again, there would be no standard love it or return it guarantee on these models either at the measurements of 160cm x 200cm.

Please also note that if the gaps between the slats on your existing base are bigger than 3" you will need to board them over with MDF, plywood or pegboard to protect the mattresses from indentation and damage.

I hope this has answered your questions fully but if you do have any further queries please don't hesitate to contact our office on 0161 437 4419. We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm.

Kind Regards, Lee.
