Hi there, we have a zip and link mattress (super king size, so 6 foot width in total) but wish to buy a zip and link memory foam topper(s) to go with it. We may separate the beds some day and want both to train their topper.Does such a thing exist? Or would be be best just buying 2 x 3 foot memory foam toppers and butting them up to each other on top of our current mattress? Many thanks for your advice.Best Regards, Claire Robinson

Hi Claire,

Thank you for your question. I didn't think zip and link mattress toppers existed until today.  I have found some online that are designed for hotels although they are not memory foam.  We do not sell or recommend memory foam due to the fact that it is very heat retentive.

Coolblue Hybrid Mattress Topper
For a cooler sleep surface, a latex or hybrid foam topper would be better. For toppers, we normally recommend like for like materials with your mattress, so if you had a foam base mattress then a foam or latex topper would be more suitable.  We do not make them as a zip and link but placing 2 singles together shouldn't be a problem.  For pocket sprung mattresses, a natural fibre topper would offer the coolest sleep surface.

I hope this was helpful and if you would like any further information please do not hesitate to contact the office on 0161 437 4419.

Kind Regards
Michaela
