memory foam is notorious for being hot as it relies on heat retention in order to adapt to your body movements. 
 
Natural fillings will give you the coolest sleep surface you can find; You can find these in our Artisan range of mattreses. These are traditional pocket sprung mattresses with those natural fillings. At your body weights we would match you both with a Medium spring tension to get the right level of support;

Outside of this have a look at something like our Origins Pocket 1500. This is a true medium feeling pocket sprung model giving a slight sink in the top layer but not too much. This range is constructed with synthetic fibres and we couldn’t guarantee you wouldn’t overheat here.
