Is it possible to have ottoman bases on 2’6” beds so that two could be linked together (with zip and link mattress) or be separate in a guest room, to accommodate grandchildren or an adult couple?

Hi Anne,

Thank you for your question.

Our Ottoman Bases can indeed be separated down into 2 single units.

If being used as 1 overall unit then they are joined by a linking bar.

This means that you do have the option to use them as 2 completely separate units instead.

An ideal Zip and Link mattress for use with this would be the King Size Origins Pocket 1500 Zip and Link.

We compare this mattress to the Premier Inn Hypnos mattress and as such it is designed to hold a vast array of body weights, making it a great all rounder.

As such, this makes it ideal for use in a guest room.

I hope this has answered your questions fully but if you do have any further questions then please don’t hesitate to call the office.

Kind Regards Gary
