Do you cover the 10 year mattress guarantee or is it through companies such as Castellan or Home Serve?

Thanks for your comment on our John Ryan By Design mattress guarantees. Along with our 60 day love it or return it guarantee we also offer a full guarantee on each model. See at the bottom for each models exact mattress guarantee.

Our guarantees differ from other bed companies as we don't offer proportional warranties but traditional guarantees. That means if the mattress fails then we do a full repair or replace. Rather than the dubious percentage back of the original cost vs the number of years you've used it for.

Mattress Inspections:

We do use companies such as Homerserve to come and inspect any potential faulty mattresses. They will come out take measurements and write a report on the mattress. If its deemed to have developed a fault then we will either repair or replace at our cost, not yours. There's no cost for the inspection or any remedial action.
